The women of the Young family (and Miles Robert Fox)enjoyed a delightful afternoon in Bountiful Saturday. Carolyn sets an inviting table adorned with Shauna's eye catching flowers down middle, and one small flower tied with satin chartreuse twine to each cloth napkin. We remembered Henrietta when we enjoyed a fresh fruit plate full of melons and berries, peaches and pears, bananas and fresh pineapple, with a flavored whipped topping. She used to serve such nutritious treats. On the side we had openface crab sandwiches with melted cheddar cheese. Our crystal goblets had lime wedges floating in the water. Nuts and chocolates were dessert.
After lunch we went upstairs to open gifts. Eliza served as Amy's able assistant handing her gift after thoughtful gift. The conclusion was the quilt made by her loving aunts and representative of her aunts faith that things always work out! We think Amy was pleased.
