We just got back at this late hour from the Utah State Gymnastics Meet held at Salt Lake Community College. Jessica participated and took first place in the state in the Excel Platinum division.
She scored a personal best of 36.7 all around. She was first place of the 13 year olds in Platinum and then we found out she was first place out of all age groups of the Platinum division.
She took first place on floor, bars and beam and second place on vault. Jessica's team also took first place in the state. It's been a very fun and exciting day for Jessica!

Three cheers for Jessica! No more lip syncs at the Hayes'4th of July party. We want to see Jessica do a routine! (Except I'd hate to have to sacrifice the Annen lip sync. . .)
